Whilst this keyname is valid in V4.1, its functionality is better employed by using the Transactions System.

For an upgraded application, this keyname will still be read and will set transaction mode to true on an every day basis and must still be used in conjunction with ApplicationStartUp. Users will NOT be asked to log out with this key anymore, as the transaction system is designed to make a backup invisible and seamless to the user.
