If an application has not been shut down correctly as a result of some hardware or software failure, Equinox displays a warning message every time the user logs in, until the Optimise Database option is used to resolve the problem. If this key name is set to 0, the dialog is not displayed and the developer may deal with the situation using the method language. The default value is 1, which displays the dialog.
