Forms were not repeating any more after a resave.

Now forms where the snap-grid is enabled are automatically re-aligned in order to avoid this problem when loaded into form design and during resave application. An optional new client / single user ini key NewResolutionAdjustment may take the following values:

• 0 Turn off auto-re-alignment
• 1 Realign as in previous builds
• 2 The new behaviour described above.
