| Notes | Previously the server operated in a mixture of GMT and local time with the client running in local time. By default everything now operates in local time, except for the dates in the weblogs, which are always in GMT. The Server, Client or Single User may be set to GMT by setting this INI key to 1. This will affect Shutdown, Startup times, scheduled commands as well as cookie handling. |
