This key defaults to [application]\EQSystem, and specifies the place to put the transaction log database. The folder will be created automatically if it does not exist.

You should set this .ini key to something other than the default to avoid the sharing violations that will necessarily occur in that folder when a complete backup takes place.

N.B You must ensure that there are no transactions outstanding in the existing location (ie: SysTransactMode = 0) before restarting your server to effect the changes. Failure to do so will orphan such transactions.

N.B. If you are opening a client/server application in single user mode and your {application name}.ini file (in your sever installation) contains this entry, then you should also assign the same entry to your Equinox.ini file before opening the application to avoid transaction file corruption errors.
