Controls which windows are always displayed on top of other windows. If two windows are set to be always on top and are overlapping each other, the one which has the focus will be displayed on top. If a window is set to be always on top, it can be moved outside of the Equinox main window.

Primary values (which can be added together to provide the desired combinations) are:

• Navigator window always on top [1]
• Property window always on top [2]
• Repository window always on top [4]
• Form menu editor always on top [8]
• Form toolbar editor always on top [16]
• Form user option names always on top [32]
• Method editor windows always on top [64]
• Workarea editor always on top [128]
• Method selector always on top [256]
• Method find window always on top [512]
• Method replace window always on top [1024]
